Job duties

• Responsible for sourcing and monitoring the food product’s quality and the packaging;
• Assist to analyze the data for purchasing and ordering;
• Monitor inventory level for both food and non food items purchase and replenish;
• Manage ERP system for food ordering by shop outlets;
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors for procurement in timely delivery;

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in procurement /supply chain management / logistics and related disciplines;
• At least two years of relevant working experience in F&B industry is preferred;
• Good team player with proactive and positive attitude;
• Strong sense in numeric and statistics;
• Strong communication and negotiation skill;
• Good command in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Japanese;
• Japanese with level N1 or N2 passed is preferred, N3 is also considered;
• Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office application;
• Japanese & Chinese wording processing is required;
• Business travel to PRC is required;
• Immediate available is preferred;
