Responsibilities: 

 lWork closely with the investment team to raise private equity and fixed income funds;

 lLead in PE and fixed income product designs catering to individual and institutional clients;

 lAssist in preparation of roadshows and marketing presentations;

lMaintain client records and data bases;

Requirements:

 lDegree holder in Finance, Economics, Business Administration and related discipline;

 lPrior experience in PE and fixed income product designs;

 lCandidates with existing client base are preferred;

 lSound and practical understanding of finance, with private equity, mezzanine financing and US-dollar bond knowledge and experience desirable;

 lGood team player with ability to work independently under pressure and time constraints;

 lHong Kong permanent resident or a valid working visa in Hong Kong (IANG visa);

lGood command of written and spoken English and Chinese;

l有私募股權或固定收益產品設計經驗；

l自帶存量客戶優先考慮；

l熟悉瞭解私募股權融資、夾層融資和美元債券融資；

l能在一定的壓力和時間限制的情況下獨立完成工作；

l香港永久居民或持有有效在港工作簽證（IANG簽）；
