Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales & Operation Manager to provide operations support to executive and café shops
• Assist the Sales & Operation Manager to provide shop direction to Shop Manager to maintain excellent retaining, inning environment, efficient & profitable retail and café shops' operations
• Monitor daily shop operations, in-store promotions & ad-hoc planning
• Assist the Sales & Operation Manager to executive on store improvement initiatives
• Assistant the Sales & Operation Manager to monitor shops' in order to maintain high customer services standard and achieve operational effectiveness in the area of sales, merchandising, inventory, cash control, loss prevention or shrinkage, safety and expenses control, etc.
• Menu and other materials preparation for shop daily operations.
• Report preparation and sales data analysis
• Recipes preparation & food cost system maintenance

Requirement :

• Degree or above
• Min. 3 years' experience in Operational support, preferably in F & B
• Proactive, strong communication skills and take responsible
• Excellent analytical skill, enable to drive change for better performance
• Detail minded, ability to show initiative and self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Good command in both written and spoken English & Mandarin
• Occasionally trip to China
• Immediate available will be preferable
