Job Descriptions

• Assist the team to explore business opportunities and provide new insights and ideas to broaden client base through various channels.
• Co-ordinate with external and internal parties to organize public seminars for clients
• Assist the team in the aspects of client relationship management, system operation, documentation and information preparation, trading and transection execution
• Help to deliver professional wealth management ideas, provide updated market view and research reports, prepare presentation and pitchbook
• Monitor daily account movements and trade settlement; understand how to evaluate risk and convey risks to clients to achieve full risk management requirement.
• Prepare client on-boarding materials, perform comprehensive due diligence and KYC check to meet compliance requirements and keep the account opening procedure in efficiency

Job Requirement

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance or other related disciplines
• Able to work under pressure and is tolerant to micro-management
• Be proactive to solve the problems independently and able to work along with people of different styles
• Strong sense in team work, proactive and highly motivated
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; attentive to details
• PC skills in Microsoft Windows and Office
