Responsibilities:

• To review and streamline operations and workflows
• To support the revamp and enhancement of financial systems and carry out system administrative functions
• To assist in the review and updating of accounting policies and procedures
• To prepare management reports and financial analyses
• To assist in the production and maintenance of dashboards with business analytics software
• To carry out any other ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant or degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years’ relevant work experience
• Solid experience in financial system implementation and process streamlining
• Working knowledge of data analytics and usage of business analytical tools such as Tableau, Power BI and Qlik is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Independent, energetic, self-motivated and innovative
• Good documentation and communication skills in both English and Chinese

(Candidates with less experience may be considered for the post of Senior Officer.)
