Job Description and Responsibilities

• Direct the formulation of business plans and marketing strategies with Board members and management levels.
• Develop and implement multi-destination programs by defining both long-term and short-term coop plans.
• Monitor the effectiveness of business development in different departments to achieve targets as well as synergizing the cooperation among departments.
• Direct and develop effective stakeholder management programs to build partnership with internal and external parties.
• Stay abreast of the latest investment and advise the Board on strategies to optimize the business opportunity for company.

Job Requirements

• University graduate in Business Management or related discipline and MBA an advantage. Over 5 years of relevant experience, of which at least 3 years at general manager or head of department level.
• Rich strategic executive management experience gained from managing multi-departmental organization(s). Knowledge in finance and trust related an advantage.
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Highly organized with superior planning and execution skills.
• Strong sense of integrity and corporate governance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective communication with the trade partners, Board members and all levels of management and staff. 
• Fluent in English, Chinese and Putonghua an advantage.
• Immediately available candidates are preferred.
