Responsibilities

• Perform Customer Due Diligent (CDD) documentation checking, validation, name screening, identity document number screening and checking with accurate and diligent manner through the internal and / or external systems of the bank and render professional service to Business Units (BU) within the prescribed Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Contact customers for collection of documents on ongoing CDD / KYC review matters
• Collaboration and working with BU, Compliance and internal legal relating to the matters of clients onboarding, the ongoing and trigger events KYC review
• Proactively track and liaise with the relevant counterparties (RMs and Compliance) on outstanding/ incomplete CDD documentation or approvals and their follow up works
• Other duties to be assigned by management

Requirements

• At least 0-4 years of banking experience on clients on-boarding matters, name screening and CDD documents checking, having wholesale banking for on-boarding and ongoing CDD / KYC review knowledge and name screening process via World Check are preferable
• Sound knowledge and ability to conduct CDD documentation check, name screening and FATCA and CRS documents checking, etc. to meet the Bank’s / Regulatory standard & requirements on the AML / CFT
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Immediately available is preferred
