Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with external fund services firm to verify and review NAV of the portfolio
• Assist the Finance & Account Manager in preparing daily journal vouchers and bank reconciliations, maintaining month end closing process and monthly management reporting
• Download counterparties' documents and update NAV files of in-house investments
• Directly report to the Group CEO for analyzing brokerage account statement and extracting stock market data
• Ad-hoc assignments might be assigned if necessary

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting or Finance, minimum upper second-class honor
• Preferably with 1-year relevant experience in fund accounting or in-house accounting
• Expertise in MS Excel and proficiency in Chinese Word Processing is a MUST
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, FLUENT in Putonghua is preferred
