Job Descriptions:

• To perform mortgage loan underwriting/approval application
• To liaise with authorized institutions on loan servicing ; and
• To track loan portfolio performance.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with a minimum of 2 year' solid mortgage underwriting experience, preferably in financial institutions;
• Keeping abreast of the credit policy and control procedure in mortgage lending;
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and
• Strong analytical skills and proficient in PC/spreadsheet applications.
