Our client is inviting applications for a 12-month contract role with the following requirements:

• Formulate business strategy and drive new initiatives to grow the profitability and card base of portfolio to maintain market leadership position
• Define clear card proposition for strategic segments to differentiate from competitors in the changing market landscape
• Keep track on card product performance and profitability with regular analysis with data analytics team
• Set the goal and direction to channels from digital, branch and contact center to achieve acquisition targets
• Drive and work closely with Digital and project team to develop seamless card application journey in digital platform with enhanced customer experience
• Manage various internal and external stakeholders to achieve a common goal to facilitate effective marketing campaigns/ new projects launch
• Conduct competitor analysis to keep track on market activities to provide up-to-date references

Requirement

• Degree holder in relevant disciplines
• relevant experience on credit card with good understanding on the market landscape
• Digital experience and knowledge is a plus
• Strong strategic thinking capability with the ability to translate concepts into actionable plans
• Excellent analytical skill with strong business acumen
• Strong influencing skill to work effectively with cross-functional counterparts
• Fluent in Cantonese and English with good presentation skills
