Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate with building services sub-contractors
• Arrangement and coordinate builder’s works for all building services
• Preparing combined services drawings and combined builder’s works drawings
• Manage CSD in BIM (Revit)

Requirements

• Degree or above in Building Services, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Fire Engineering or equivalent discipline
• Chartered member / formal qualification is definitely an advantage
• 10 years' or more working experience in Main Contractor
• Capable of managing building services sub-contractors independently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good IT skills, familiar with AutoCAD
• Basic knowledge with hands-on experience in BIM (Revit) is preferable
