FS Digital Banking Consultant (TGP)

Key Responsibilities May Include:
- Work with client business and IT stakeholders to:
- understand their business, metrics, and priorities
- appreciate existing digital technology approach (including architecture, organization, and process)
- assess capability of that approach to deliver on client’s vision and goals
- Manage digital banking implementations, while solving complex design for integration with client’s existing systems.
- Work with client teams to identify opportunities for digital banking offerings
- Ensure high quality, effective delivery of programs and services.
- Manage onshore and offshore development and testing resources in support of current and future campaigns.
- Set the technical direction for solution enhancements and services.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum of 3 years digital consulting experience including emerging digital technologies and applying digital development best practices
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Banking industry consulting
- Experience with marketing, analytics and user experience design
- Deep experience in software development lifecycle. Able to manage issues, communicate to team and client, while solving complex technical issues.
- Demonstrated leadership in professional setting
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting
