We are urgently seeking high caliber candidates for the following position(s):

Contractor Labour Officer

Responsibilities:

-    The CLO shall be full time stationed on construction site responsible for checking and

     monitoring attendance and wages payment record of workers;

-    Receive and record complaints from workers and provide assistance to them on wages

     payment and other employment issue;

-    Provide support in coordination and HR tasks;

-    Assisting in site administration duties.

Requirements:

-    Obtain 5 subjects at grade “E” or above in HKCEE (including Chinese, English-Syllabus 

     B & Mathematics) or equivalent, certificate in Human Resources / Personnel

     Management is preferred;

-    Full-time working experience on personnel management / Human Resources related

     duties;

-    2 years’ experience in construction industry;

-    Good knowledge on Employment Ordinance of HKSAR

-    Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese;

-    Good computer knowledge, preferable with experience on the operation of a

     computerized smart-card system;

-    Immediately available is preferred.
