Responsibilities :

• Carry out all the clerical and logistic arrangement to the site operation.
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance & relevant labour legislation.
• Handle daily computerized smart card system & human resources related duties and personnel management.
• Communicate with different parties for project status reviews and tracking reports.
• Handle good receiving and manage stock recording.
• Assist in ad-hoc duties assigned.
• Working in site office is required.

Requirements :

• HKCEE/HKDSE or above.
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance & relevant labour legislation.
• Good knowledge and experience of the operation and practices of the construction industry is preferable.
• 2 years full time working experience on personnel management or human resources related duties, or Post-secondary qualification in Human Resources or Personnel Management is preferable.
• Strong communication skill and Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Good computer knowledge (MS office and Chinese word processing) preferably with past experience on the operation of a computerized smart card system.
• Polite, energetic, hard working, organized, responsible and willing to learn
• Immediately available is highly preferred
