Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and direct all operational aspects of cafe outlet
• Achieve company goals, budgets and implementation of objectives
• Plan, drive and monitor process improvement to maximize outlet profit and customer satisfaction
• Daily follow up on revenue and occupancy, maximize sales and profitability in line with the outlet policy & sales target
• Coordinate with Marketing Department and ensure highest quality of presentation for merchandising
• Daily control of cleanliness and impeccable condition of all operation equipment
• Maintains sanitation standards, arrange control tour with Head Chef, in order to control standards of general cleanliness and hygiene
• Ensure correct, safe working conditions and operation methods in outlet
• Provide on job training and career development to staff

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above holder in Business, Hotel and Catering or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years solid experience in F&B industry, at least 2 years in the same capacity
• Management experience is essential
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good PC skills and knowledgeable in MS Office
• Strong leadership skills, motivation skills and communication skills
• Good team player with good interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
