Responsibilities:

•  To respond to enquiries, requests and complaints received through telephone or over enquiry counters on building rehabilitation schemes
• To provide general advice and assistance to individual applicants in making loan/grant applications
• To provide administrative support to the rehabilitation project teams
• To provide technical and administrative support to facilitate smooth and satisfactory implementation of rehabilitation projects/programs/schemes

Requirements:

• Diploma / Higher Certificate holder
• Minimum 3 years’ work experience in handling customer enquiries and complaints or relevant customer servicing works, preferably with relevant public bodies or large corporations
