Duties:

• Assist Project Director and Contract Manager to handle tender process and/or contract administration works including without limitation to pre-tender estimation, PO tender process and contract commercial works;

• Evaluate variation works and payment; and

• Negotiate with client / subcontractors for final account settlement.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines;

• 3 - 5 years practical tender process experience in massive fitting out projects and can handle tender process, sub-letting contract and purchasing contract independently;

• Skillful of take off and estimation software, such as CostX system, BIM system;

• Good knowledge of contract administration, coordinatioin, reporting and correspondence;

• Priority for good knowldege of fit-out work costing control and manufacturing cost estimation;

• Good command of both in written and spoken English and Chinese; and

• Experience in strong negotiating skill
