• A higher certificate or higher diploma holder of any recognized body in Construction or Building Studies;

• Minimum 8 years working experience;

• Related work experience in residential projects;

• Good understanding of construction details and strong in coordination skill.

• Candidates with less experience may also be considered for the post of Assistant Clerk of Works.
