Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead the Pre-contract division and undertake full tendering process
Responsible for all technical and estimating matters in connection with tenders
Develop and implement SOPs related to Pre-contract management and best practice

Requirement:

Degree holder is in Building/Civil or relevant disciplines
At least 10 years relevant work experience
Member of professional association is an advantage
Good leadership and communication skills
