• Certificate / Diploma in Design.
• At least 1-2 years working experience in Footwear/Backpack design and product development
• Strong teamwork and communication and presentation skill, self-motivated.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, Romans cad
• Good command of English in written and spoken.
• Good marketing research skill to prepare Trend Report and cads for the U.S. and EU markets.
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadline.
• Willing to travel to China for following up sample development.
