Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for online shop daily operation, monitor stock in and out process, order and deliver procedures, website content update
- Handle customer inquiries and provide customer service support
- To assist sales and marketing campaigns and participate in various kind of marketing/sales activities (Event/ Workshop)
- Provide clerical and administration support to the E-commerce & sales team
- Assist in other ad hoc assignment
Requirements:
- 5.5- days week (Work on Sat/Sun to participate in sales activities, e.g. Event/ Workshop)
- High Diploma or above in business administration or other related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese typing and Photoshop
- Good written communications skills in English and Cantonese
- Good interpersonal skills
- Experience in E-commerce / retail industry is an advantage
- Immediately available is preferable
