- Provide support in the daily operations of eCommerce websites, from preparing & updating product information, site content & sequencing to posting sales from Online stores to the system
- Drive day-to-day e-Commerce channel development and operation support, including online contents update, logistics and inventory coordination
- Formulate e-Commerce strategies and initiatives to drive online traffic
- Managing e-commerce promotions & marketing campaigns
- Responsible for product content entry to our system, and assure the highest level of data accuracy
- Proactively take the necessary steps in resolving any issues on a timely basis to maximize the sales opportunities
- Assist in research on competitors and conduct trend analysis
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Form 5 or higher
- 1+ year(s) of e-Commerce experience for Hong Kong
- Good knowledge of e-commerce system architecture and technical solutions are desirable
- Proficient in Excel and Chinese word processing, with basic photo editing skills
- Passion in product & merchandising
- Able to work independently and flexibly under pressure
