We are looking for a professional and proactive individual to support the efficient and successful management of pupil’s recruitment and admissions in our Hong Kong project. He/ She will be responsible for shaping winning marketing and enrollment strategies at the pre-opening stage of our k-12 school.

Job duties

1. Develop the strategic marketing plan for international schools and kindergartens;
2. Direct the design of marketing-related materials such as admissions brochure/video/banner;
3. Prepare and tailor admissions pitches and school tours to individual needs of prospective students and parents to effectively communicate the school ethos and programs;
4. Deliver group tours during School Tours, Open Houses, Information Sessions and participate in other recruitment activities as needed while ensuring stakeholders receive a personalized experience;
5. Conduct policy analysis, initiate reviews, implement policies, establish performance measures and provide professional advice to support the goals, objectives and directions of the school’s strategic plan;
6. Provide feedback and information as deemed necessary by the Head of Marketing; advise on admissions policy and procedures for the school;
7. Develop a very close liaison with the government authorities regarding school registration and strong relationships with other International Educational Institutions, and seek opportunities of collaboration and partnership;
8. Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree, with 5+ years experiences working in British international school setting, has an excellent and up to date working knowledge of international and private sector schools in Hong Kong, familiar with A Level, GCSE and IB;
2. Good understanding of the Hong Kong education system and regulations; successful experience in communication with the Education Bureau;
3. Previous experience in the area of admissions with track records of implementing new initiatives in successful network building and streamlining workflow, will be a definite advantage;
4. Previous experience in developing the registration system and monitor student registration procedures will be an advantage;
5. Previous work experience in analysing data for internal and external reporting, and run regular reports to ensure applications are assessed within agreed timeframes;
6. Demonstrate interest in learning more about marketing and school admission;
7. Ability and willingness to work effectively, both in a team and independently. Self-motivated and ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines, ability to work under pressure and the capacity to resolve work issues with limited assistance;
8. Result-oriented and driven by successful outcomes;
9. Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese.
