Job Description

CLPe Solutions (formerly CLP Engineering Limited), incorporated in Hong Kong in 1985, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CLP Holdings Limited with extensive experience in providing total energy solution. The company undertakes a variety of services including energy management solutions, distributed energy as well as power engineering, infrastructure and facilities management.

We are looking for a high caliber professional to join our Energy Management function as Senior Sales Officer (Smart Solutions). Key responsibilities include: 

  • Responsible for sales activities of Smart Energy Management and IoT solutions
  • Execute strategic business plans to promote CLPe Solutions services and products to achieve targeted sales budget
  • Organize customer meetings, prepare sales proposals, conduct presentation and tender bid
  • Perform sales & market analysis and identify potential business opportunities
  • Maintain close relationship with customers for continual business growth
  • Provide pre-sales consultation and after-sales follow-up to customers
  • Monitor, review and report on sales and marketing activities, coordinate with external and internal stakeholders and other departments for relevant sales and marketing campaign
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • A recognized university degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related disciplines with a minimum of 3 years’ sales and marketing experience
  • Degree in Building Services Engineer or Mechanical Engineering is preferable
  • Sales driven, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Having proven track record of success selling HVAC/BMS and having established relationships with the local designers, contractors, architects and developers is a definite advantage
  • Experience and knowledge in HVAC system, energy management practices and IoT solutions would be an added advantage
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills for developing and closing sales opportunities
  • Good customer handling skills for relationship building with clients
  • Candidates with lower qualification or less experience will be considered for position of one level down
