Responsibilities

• Assist Department Head for efficient operation of service teams in providing professional services 
• Ensure speedy and courteous maintenance / repairing services is provided to customers within target response time
• Maintain a high spirited service team by equipping staff through effective supervision and staff management, job enhancement and motivation together with professional skill 

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree preferably in Engineering discipline
• 5 years or above supervisory experiences (Experiences in Household Appliances is beneficial)  
• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and leadership skill  
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office
  
• Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Senior Technical Supervisor
