Our potenetial customer is now looking for the "Data Centre Operator"

Job Scope:

l   To maintain a 24 x 7 mission critical data center operation according to company policies, procedures, and work instructions, promptly escalate any abnormality to superior

l   To monitor the healthiness on the data center facilities, computer systems, and scheduled batch job execution

l   To install system/security patch on Microsoft Windows servers, UNIX server and Novell server.

l   To manage backup tape cycling and offsite, backup execution and monitoring

l   To assist support parties to troubleshoot problems occurred in the managing equipment

l   To prepare accurate management reports and inventory records

Requirement:

l   Form 7 graduate or certificate holders in computer science or related disciplines

l   With 1 year relevant working experience

l   Hands-on experience and good knowledge in Windows server and Unix systems

l   Work on 24x7 shifts in data center

l   Fresh graduate will also be considered

l   Good command in both written & spoken English & Cantonese

l   Senior position will be offered to candidates with more experience, technical knowhow, and leadership potential
