A leading system integrator, Gold Partner of Microsoft, is providing computer and network design as well as consulting and implementation for corporate clients in Hong Kong and China

Responsibilities:

• Provide PC, Server and Network Support on Windows and RedHat Linux Platform.
• Provide technical support & installation, configuration, backup, troubleshooting on major IT hardware and software
• Perform helpdesk services to end users
• Assist in the IT infrastructure related projects

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or Degree in Computer Science or equivalent;
• At least 1 year of IT technical support experience in supporting MS products, e.g. Windows client, Windows Server, Exchange Server
• MCP, MSCE, CCNA certificated is an advantage;
• Knowledge in TCP/IP concept is an advantage;
• Knowledge on Linux platforms
• Good analytical and communication skill;
• Immediately available preferred
