Job Description
Our Client is a sizable and expanding contractor and they are inviting high caliber & stable candidates to fit the position now. In that, they provide a comprehensive training scheme and a high promotion opportunity for suitable candidate.
Responsibilities
- Carry out general contract administration and ensure all paperwork is in place during pre and post contract stage
- Responsible for cost controlling, payment and final accounts
- Responsible for tender preparation and attend to tender interview
- Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisor / management
Responsibilities
- Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
- At least 2 - 3 years experience in QS field with E&M / Building Services projects
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Quantity Surveyor
