Job Description
Our Client is a sizable E&M contractor and mainly provide MVAC / E&M service in Hong Kong / Macau / China . Now they are looking for high caliber & stable candidates to Hong Kong team.
Responsibilities
- Project Type: Hospital Project / Residential Project / Commercial Project
- Responsible for design and project execution of sub-contract works
- Liaise with clients, main contractors, consultants and sub-contractors
- Monitor the project progress and problem solving at site
- Shop drawings preparation and coordination
- Prepare tender documents and cost estimation
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- 1 year or above relevant experience in MVAC projects
- Knowledge of MS Office and CAD
- Immediate available is highly regarded
