Job Responsibilities:

l   To organize a new machines/production equipment project from sourcing to installation, fine tune and repairing for production.

l   To align with production lines and technical and related department during equipment / machines installation and commissioning

l   Continuous improvement by examining existing facilities and seeking for solution to improve operational efficiency

l   To monitor the project progress and prepare technical documentations

l  To develop and implement production, quality systems and ensure compliance of related requirements and standards;

l   To lead and contribute to Process Management to improve the operator and machine processes, improve preventative maintenance, resolve issues, maintain and improve production and quality targets, manage repair and maintenance costs, implement new process changes and increase equipment and process knowledge through training and benchmarking

l   To perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned  

Job Requirements:

l   Higher Diploma or above in Mechanical / Electrical /Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline

l   Minimum 3-5 years of engineering or relevant experience in plant maintenance or project handling of machines installation, production, preferably from Food & Beverage industry;

l   Familiar with AutoCAD, knowledge of PLC and Automation is preferred

l   Good technical experience in design, debug and problems solving

l   Able to read and write Chinese and English, fair spoken English and Mandarin

l   Knowledge in HACCP, GMP and ISO22000 will be advantage

l   Proficiency in PC applications including MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint

l   Good interpersonal skill and ability to communicate with all levels
