Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing strategies to achieve Company’s budget requirements;
• Control and maintain the operation cost and inventory at the reasonable level;
• Prepare monthly reports; 
• Propose new food menus and beverage list regularly and food promotion according to different seasons;
• Provide in-house training to ensure all team members having consistent understanding of Company requirements on food quality, service delivered, housekeeping and grooming;
• Perform other ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements

• Degree in Hospitality Management or related discipline or above;
• Minimum 5 years’ solid management experience in F&B, restaurant or hotel operations;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Well organized and detail-oriented;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Cantonese and Putonghua;
• Prior experience in French cuisine is highly recommended.
