Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise food preparation and culinary activities
• Modify menus or create new ones to meet quality standards
• Supervise kitchen staff’s activities and conduct staff training
• Be Responsible for the departmental budget and costs (food and manpower)
• Maintain excellent relationship with the clients and food suppliers
• Report to the management for the restaurants’ performance in relations to food production regularly and recommend strategies to improve the sales and clients’ satisfaction

Requirements:

• At least 5-8 years’ experience working in professional Italian kitchens
• Strong leadership and team building skills, with experience with Managing and Training junior team members
• Good command of both spoken and written Italian & English (It is a must)
