Job Description:

1. Participate in data governance planning, formulate functional requirements of data governance systems, and plan the construction and operation of data governance systems;
2. Responsible for data governance solution planning and implementation, including data management and control system, data standards, meta data, data quality, data architecture;
3. Responsible for coordinating the work and problem handling of data governance team members of various departments, and responsible for the implementation of data governance work;
4. Participate in sorting out data assets, formulating detailed project plans and implementation plans, and be responsible for the  promotion of data governance projects.

Qualifications required:

1. Bachelor Degree or above in technology or science disciplines, Telecommunication/Network/Computer Engineering disciplines will be an advantage
2. Be proficient in data governance architecture, and have in-depth study on data standards, data quality, information model and metadata management methods;
3. Familiar with and master the concepts and implementation methodology of data standards, data quality, metadata management, etc., with relevant implementation experience in the telecommunications profession is preferred;
4. Good internal and external coordination ability, excellent communication and responsibility.
5. Good command in both English and Chinese
