Work Experience Requirements

- Fluency in English is a MUST

- Minimum of FIVE(5) years IT experience and at least 2 years in a team lead role:
- Supporting server, desktop and networking infrastructure
- Solid experience of Microsoft platforms (Server, AD, Exchange 2003 / 2007, Windows XP /
Vista & Server 2000/2003/2008 & Active Directory Administration), XP Professional and standard OA applications,
blackberry and ERP System
- Highly Experienced with Linux and Cisco
- DR / BCP experience (clustering, failover)
- Sound experience on troubleshooting PC hardware, software & peripherals is also a pre-requisite
- Implementation and operation of remote monitoring systems
- Knowledge of PABX and VOIP systems advantageous
- Financial institution experience a plus
- Strong communication skills with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Self motivated, enthusiastic, responsible, strong problem solving, result oriented & ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to operate independently and maintain composure under pressure
- Confidence in building strategic relationships with clients
- Team player
- Must be a forward thinker for technologies

Job Description:
- Provide day-to-day support services to user and network equipments
- Provide support to resolve client technical issues remotely or onsite (areas of
coverage will include Windows / Linux servers/ Mac desktops and servers, networks
and telephone systems etc)
- Provide trouble-shooting hardware, software, networking on-site investigations and subsequent customization and configuration works
- Carry out software and hardware installation and servers include setting up, maintaining, performing and monitoring systems
- Handle ad hoc projects
- Provide support services outside normal business hours when necessary
- Provide technical advisory, design and implementation services
- Team lead and escalation point


Academic Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Information Technology or equivalent discipline
At least two higher-level certifications is a MUST (MCSE, CCNA, ITIL, etc)

Candidates with less experience will be considered as a Support Engineer.
