Job Description
Job requirements:
- Working location: Causeway Bay or Mongkok
- To handle customer enquiries or complaint at counter
- To provide the basic technical support to customer
- Good command of spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Have knowledge in Customer Service and AV products will be advantage
- Good communication skills and courtesy and patient
- Form 5 or above, Fresh graduates will also considered
- Shift duties are required
