Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform operations and maintenance supports.
- Monitor and maintain system performance.
- Assist on monitoring, trouble shooting and complaint handling.
- Regular system backup and health check supports.
- Daily report in writing by english and chinese.
- 7x24 shift duty is required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years working experiences
- Have good knowledge of telecommuincations services, process, systems and computer languages
- Minimum degree holder in Electronics/Computer Science/Telecommunication/Engineering or relevant
- Strong ability of organization, coordination and communication
- Good command in English and Chinese
- Ability to work under pressure, and need to be able to work independently
