Job Description

Our client, a renowned lifestyle label is seeking a candidate to provide IT and general operations support to its’ headquarter and retail stores in HK. It is a good opportunity to grow with the company.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT technical support to end users
  • Perform hardware and software installation, maintenance and troubleshooting for PCs
  • Support video and audio conference setup and operations
  • Support daily standard IT operations, server maintenance, backup and other related tasks
  • Maintain users’ credentials and permissions on infrastructure and applications’ accessibilities
  • General retail operations/administration support depends on one’s interest and capability

 

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or above in IT related disciplines with 2-3 years of work experience
  • IT helpdesk and infrastructure support experience in retail industry is an advantage
  • Knowledgeable in Windows maintenance is an advantage
  • Well organized, diligent and able to work independently
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
