Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support to worldwide internal users on AX ERP system
- Analyze new business requirements, identify problem areas of systems and recommend solutions
- Participate in worldwide AX ERP project rollout
- Provide system training to end users and regional ITs
- Work closely with business user to understand business needs, translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Participate in enhancement testing to ensure the quality of any customization development
- Documentation on system workflow, operation processes and new functionalities
- Other ad hoc projects as per request by management
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 3 years experience in ERP support role
- Experience in garment trims or garment industry is an added advantage
- Experience in warehouse management system (WMS) implementation or support is an added advantage
- Logical minded with some solid programming experience is an added advantage
- Knowledge on relational database and SQL is an added advantage
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, conversational Mandarin
- Good analytical, effective communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated with proven multi-tasking abilities
- Willing to travel
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Associate Business Analyst
