Our client, a large Multi-National Company, is looking for an End User Implementations Lead, to role out and oversee the adoption of new cloud based technologies with key User Groups. This will focus a lot around voice and VC technologies.

You will conduct and assist end user training and workshops to help build a strong appreciation of new messaging and video conferencing systems anchored via the cloud computing services. This entails establishing and supporting best practices around the utilization of the said new platform deployed in the organization. The role is a highly consultative role that does not perform configuration on the platform, but guides partner and customer resources to deliver best practices. 

Job Description

• Responsible for extensive internal communications campaigns, business process analysis, stakeholder engagement, training, and end user readiness activities.
• Design and deliver End User Workshops and training
• Coordinate to role out of user adoption of new products
• Designed and created weekly data reports to see overall change impact across people, process, and technology helping to mitigate the resistance to the transformation
• Lead presentations and workshops for team to provide enough end-user training to client
• Served a liaison between level stake holders, product owners, and development team to provide recommendations throughout each sprint in the project lifecycle
• To be responsible for end-user adoption through creation of traditional and digital training materials, managing training delivery and execution for employees.

Qualifications:

• Degree holder in IT / Computer Science or equivalent area.
• Possess at least 8 years of professional, commercial work experience within the Information Technology industry.
• Extensive End User experience in Support and training
• Should have profound experience in handling deployment of new products anchored in the cloud computing services.
• Good demonstrable knowledge of developing goal driven processes to help increase Technologist's knowledge and support capabilities.
• Ability to design and implement matrixes to help improve all areas of IT infrastructure along with End User support.
• Ability to develop and manage budget ensuring effective use of district funds through strong project management, effective technology procurement and deployment.
• Excellent communication skills with fluent English a must.
