Job Description
What is your job about?
- Gather and analyze users requirements from different departments for the development of new application systems
- Work with vendors for project delivery
- Support User Acceptance Test plan preparation and execution
- Maintain the timely implementation and quality of IT projects
- Provide support to application systems including trouble-shooting, bug fixing and ad-hoc queries
- Remote support after office hour may be required
- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor
Who will be our potential target?
- Diploma or above in Information Technology, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year experience in business analysis or related IT experience
- Solid Skill with SQL and knowledge of MS SQL Database
- Experience with retail ERP/POS system
- Experience in reporting tools is preferred
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- A good team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
