Responsibilities:

• Provide first level application support to users in Front, Middle and Back office systems.
• Perform health check on trading & settlement systems.
• Perform market rehearsals for system compatibility testing or enhancement.
• Coordinate with users & vendors from requirement analysis to delivery.
• Websites update and maintenance.
• Technical documents writing.
• Handle the documents from HKEx

Requirements:

• High Diploma / Degreeholder in information system or other related equivalent.
• Minimum1 year relevant working experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Well-organized and strong sense of responsibility.
• Good understanding on System Development Life Cycle
• Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Cantonese.
• Familiar with MySQL is a plus.
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
