Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure and application systems
- Ensure stability and security of the IT infrastructure and application systems
- Monitor virtual & physical servers, applications and services pro-actively and implement risk mitigation routines
- Design, plan and implement the IT infrastructure of new sites
- Deploy, configure, maintain and support the WAN network infrastructure, Windows domain, and virtualization environment
- Implement and support server & system upgrades, installations, and migrations
- Take part in projects, manage Firewall, datacenter facilities management, Office 365 administration, MDM (Intune)
- Establish and execute disaster recovery procedures
- Troubleshoot IT problems and provide support service to users
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
- Minimum of 5 years’ work experience in system network administration
- Experience in VMWare vSphere, Linux CentOS and AWS
- Experience in Microsoft Active Directory Domain administration, system backup & recovery (Veeam, NetBackup & Druva), SAN storage and server management
- Strong knowledge in TCP/IP network design, VPN, LAN/WAN, virtualization, network storage (SAN & NAS), SQL Server and MySQL
- Experience in Cloud architecture & tools, Windows PowerShell or Unix Shell automation and diagnosis scripts is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows Domain, Active Directory, and Group Policy Object environment
- Certificate holder of Fortinet NSE, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft MCSA or MCSE is an advantage
- Responsible, independent and self-motivated
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
