Job Duties

• Analyze the current gap between our current platform and the customer needs
• Consult and collaborate with business to understand business needs, goals, objectives, processes and requirements
• Develop and review business requirement to ensure alignment between business users and IT on user requirements
• Monitor, track issues, risks and dependencies on the development work, produce regular status reports
• Carry out business impact assessment
• Support business users on change request and system usage issues
• Support on business readiness testing and UAT

Job requirement

• Bachelor’s degree on Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of working experience on digital fields, experience in projects related to App will be an advantage
• Experience in finance industry is a plus
• Experience in Agile environment
• Strong interest and knowledge to finance, property and mortgage markets
• Strong sense of ownership, able to work independently
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent attention to details skills
