Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of staff to handle daily operations on policy administration and service support
• Perform pricing and underwriting to ensure a profitable growth of Employee Benefits business
• Negotiate with distributors and clients on renewal businesses.
• Work closely with sales team for bigger new cases and business opportunities
• Prepare regular production and statistical reports

Requirements:

• University Graduate with 8 years+ relevant experience in insurance industry
• Strong pricing and underwriting skill in group insurances
• IIQE Paper 1,2,3 licensed is needed
• Good business negotiation skill
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good management skill, interpersonal skill, detail-minded and able to work independently
• Qualification of FLMI is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese word processing)
