JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be mainly responsible for data collection, validation and cleaning with the pre-developed survey tools. Throughout the survey cycle, you will need to interact with Mercer consultants to ensure the accuracy of the survey data and prepare different interim prepare reports and presentation materials.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidates are preferred to have prior internship / full time working experience with multinationals; penultimate students are preferred
• Strong interest to develop the career in the consulting industry
• Strong analytical skill, project management skill and sensitive to data and numbers
• Able to work under pressure and cope with ad-hoc tasks
• Fluent in English and Cantonese. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite. Strong Excel skills, basic VBA will be a plus.
• Candidate who has already passed the IIQE papers would be advantageous. Insurance knowledge is preferred, but not mandatory as on-the-job training will be provided
