FACTORY MANAGER

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor Degree of Engineering or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of metals, plastic injection and electronic assembly
• At least 5 to 10 years’ experience in lean assembly manufacturing in a management position
• Ability to work with other departments to achieve company goals and ability to solve problems
• Responsible, hands on, initiative and have good leadership ability
• Good command in written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Station in Shezhen

Job Responsibilities

• Good ability in training both staff and workers to follow procedures, company policies and work instructions
• Oversee the factory operation with over 500-1,000 workers
• To ensure the production efficiency, quality, on time delivery and minimize overhead
• Able to coordinate both materials and workers to meet production schedules, efficiency targets with good quality
• Ensure working safety and 5S methodology, etc.
• Take corrective action immediately to quality related issues and bring to the attention of superiors
