In this role, the incumbent will play a key part in managing the Hasbro tooling asset, bring new systems and efficiency to the operations of asset management. We are looking for a creative individual who is committed in managing the big data, coordinating activities and liaising with business partners to properly handle the asset with full visibility of the location and life status.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Engineering Manager to manage the management system of all Hasbro tooling, with an oversight of the locations and life history of the tools.

• Work with all relevant stakeholders from various disciplines and external partners to ensure compliance procedures are being follow through to assure thorough traceability of these properties.

• Establish schedules of project activities, ensure relevant resources both external and internal are available to support. 

• Track project progress according to the agreed project plans. 

• Act as communication hub for inside & outside stakeholders for the activities related to the tooling asset.

• Maintain, and continuously improve the data integrity in the tooling system and ensure data accuracy in the relevant management reports

Requirements: 

• Degree in related discipline
• 3 years of relevant experience in data analysis or project management
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
• Good project management and organization skills to manage data and meet deadlines
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
