Responsibilities:

l   Assist in preparation and execution of marketing programs, campaigns, events and social media initiatives.

l   Liaise with contractors, or related parties to ensure events/ projects are delivered.

l   Maintain and update content of company websites, social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, WeChat…) and instore TV/ videos.

l   Assist with marketing communications and PR projects and joint promotions.

l   Assist communication across clinics, internal departments, agencies and business partners.

l   Provide marketing admin support for the team.

l   Coordinate design work of marketing materials.

l   Prepare the regular reports in time.

l   Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

Requirements:

l   Degree holder in Marketing, communications, public relations or equivalent.

l   At least 2 year of practical experience in marketing, preferably in medical/ healthcare industry will be an advantage.

l   Honest, responsible, pleasant personality, self-motivated, independent and quick witted and able to work under pressure.

l   Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is an advantage.

l   Proficiency in MS office applications, Chinese word processing, Photoshop/Illustrator and in-design).

l   Immediately available is highly preferred.
