Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing e-marketing campaigns to drive e-commerce traffic and conversion
• Plan for customer acquisition and retention at eStore
• Manage content and design of eDMs and social media feeds on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, WeChat and Weibo
• Optimize online channels to drive ROI of eStore including banner affiliate, SEM and SEO
• Evaluate and analyze performance of online marketing platforms (app, website & social platforms)
• Work closely with internal teams and agencies on marketing projects

Requirements:

• University graduate in Marketing, eCommerce, Information System or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in digital marketing
• Experience in eCommerce would be an advantage
• Good knowledge in online marketing landscape
• Dynamic and creative to cope with fast-paced working environment
• Good command of English & Chinese with strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
