Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise, own all desktop responsibilities and liaise with users, application teams and vendors to resolve problems
• Deliver prompt and quality customer support services to all desktops in company
• Handle telephone enquiries and work with different departments to fulfill customer’s requests
• Support for Windows XP, Windows7, Lotus Notes, E-mail, Active Directory and networking
• Handle software package installation, configuration and support

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in IT or related disciplines
• Familiar with Windows configuration and operation; and Unix and Linux knowledge are advantage
• Familiar with software packages (MS Office 2010, Windows XP, Windows 7, MS Access, Acrobat, etc)
• 1 year relevant working experiences is advantage
• Good communication skill
• Knowledge on Windows Active Directory architecture
• Able to work independently and hard working
• Over time will be requested on need basis
